MAINTAINING THE DTG PRINTER IS

There are three important maintenance steps to do weekly for the DTG printers. The first one is a suction cap cleaning. The second consists of carefully cleaning around the print head. The last one is ALIGMNENT HEADS

Additionnaly, the printer will sometime request for the replacement or cleaning of specific components. These added steps must be done immediately when the message appears, as skipping or postponing them will result in various printing problems.

Cleaning solution, swabs, gloves and other frequently used tools can be found on the lower shelf, underneath one of the DTG printers. If anything is missing, it can also be found in the maintenance kit boxes stored at the back of the store. This is also the place where replacement parts are shelved.
